Having designed and produced many catalogues for Marlborough, we were asked to redesign their website. As a gallery split into three specialist strands, one of our biggest challenges was to pull these together under one coherent umbrella brand (Marlborough London). Visually, the site is minimal and understated with simple navigation, which allows the differing array of Marlborough's artwork to speak for itself.
With a constantly evolving roster of artists and new exhibitions showing every few weeks, Marlborough needed a CMS that was quick and simple to configure. We chose to customise Wordpress's CMS, which has allowed them to implement regular updates.
The website was well received by the client, and will continue to grow as the gallery builds more of a digital presence. You can see it here.
