Transport for London
In order for employees to fulfill their career potential, TfL wanted to produce a definitive set of Role Maps to enable employees to identify types of role and the technical skills and competencies required to be successful in those roles. We developed an identity and overall ‘look and feel’ designed to reflect a career path. This was applied to the main ‘Narrative’ pack, and carried through to the relevant ‘Function’ packs containing the detailed information that employees needed.
